An opportunity lost by Citibank India

They have put up the notice (shown below) announcing quite abruptly about the interruption of some services. Here is an opportunity lost to create better consumer relationships.
They could have actually made a bit of a song and dance about it – put out a humorous ad about changing for the better and al.
The announcement below even fails to apologize for inconvenience caused - Arrogance banking anyone?
